Starlink, with a Vanuatu team on the work.

Pacific Networks is Vanuatu’s first Starlink authorized reseller. The service is for homes, schools, clinics, businesses, and villages that need a fast link where fibre does not reach.

What local support changes

Hardware, aiming, power, and the first fortnight of use are where remote sites lose time. The Port Vila team helps plan the install, including sites that need solar, and stays available on +678 24777 after the dish is up.

Starlink pairs with the rest of the company: a 3CX phone system, PeopleLink video rooms, Microsoft 365, and a .vu domain can sit on the same connection.
